PROMOTIONAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") govern the use & operation of any active and in date promotion (the "Offer").

The Offer 1 and Offer 2 are open to all UK Businesses and residents only. All work related to Offer 1 or Offer 2 must be completed within the UK mainland border (England, Scotland, & Wales) - This offer exludes Northern Ireland.

Offer 1 active booking dates are from (the "promotional period")10/11/2025 until 11/01/2026 (the "closing date"). All eligible bookings must be agreed to and signed off by the company and client before the closing date to qualify.

All productions or day jobs attached to Offer 1 must be completed by end of day 30/03/2026 (promotion expiry date). Offer 1 will not be available to attach to jobs beyond the promotion expiry date date

Offer 1 10% discount applies to all equipment owned and operated by the company. Any equipment requested that is not available will be removed from the offer as necessary by the company.

Offer 2 active booking dates are from (the "promotional period")10/11/2025 until 19/11/2026 (the "closing date"). All eligible bookings must be agreed to and signed off by the company and client before the closing date to qualify.

All productions or day jobs attached to Offer 2 must be completed by end of day 10/02/2026 (promotion expiry date). Offer 1 will not be available to attach to jobs beyond the promotion expiry date date

Offer 2 100% discount applies to all equipment owned and operated by the company. Any equipment requested that is not available will be removed from the offer as necessary by the company.

Sub-hired equipment is not included in this promotional offer and will be charged at usual rates set by the company.

Logistical (travel and expenses) costs, or personnel (staff and freelance workers) will not be subject to either Offer 1 or Offer 2 during their respective promotional period.

The company reserves the right to cancel the offer at any point. In the event of the equipment being no longer available an additional charge can be issued by the company to client to cover any additional or external expenses.

EQUIPMENT AND CREW HIRE TERMS & CONDITIONS

Hired Equipment from Forever Video will be the responsibility of the Hirer (The customer named on this quote.) for the duration of the hire set out by the dates above. Any damages incurred to hired equipment during hire period will be covered by the Hirer in the event of any incident.

Prices based on current info & subject to availability.

Travel costs are subject to final adjustments at time of purchase.

Purchase order reference or email approval required to confirm booking.
Filming days are based on 10 hour day. Additional over-hours are charged at a pro rata 150% day rate.

All video edits are subject to 1x set of client changes. These are to be completed within a single edit day unless agreed in advance.

Additional edit days will be charged on a daily pro-rata rate.
Photo sets (under 500 images) to be returned via download link within 4 working days of event.

Videos will be delivered within 3 days of client feedback notes or to a specified schedule at start of project.

Social media photos and videos are likely to be captured during the filming event and will be licensed for use on Forever Video social channels unless prearranged by client.

Edit days are based on 10 hour day. Additional over-hours are charged at a pro rata 150% day rate.

Forever Video Ltd is not obliged to carry out work as set out in any formal quotation, unless client approves within an acceptable timescale (a minimum of 2 weeks to the start of the job). Acceptable timescale relates to crewing of personnel and hire of equipment in advance of job starting.

Cancellation policy: 25% of total invoice to be paid if cancelled within 2 week of event. 40% of total invoice to be paid if cancelled within 1 week of event. 50% of total invoice to be paid if cancelled within 72 hours of event. 100% of total invoice to be paid if cancelled within 24 hours of event. Any advance travel or production costs incurred as agreed, will be charged in addition to any previous cancellation agreement.

Creative work produced by Forever Video UK is protected and governed by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (CDPA), which automatically protects original creative works without a formal registration system. Rights are granted to creators and businesses to control how their material is used, and infringement can lead to significant penalties.

Included in UK Media IP Law

-Automatic Protection: Copyright is an unregistered right that arises automatically when a work is created and "fixed" in a material form (e.g., saved digitally, printed, recorded).

Types of Protected Works: The law protects a wide range of media, including:

Literary, dramatic, musical, and artistic works (e.g., photos, illustrations, software, website content).

Sound and music recordings, films, and television recordings.

Broadcasts and the typographical arrangement of published editions.

Ownership: Generally, the creator or author is the first owner of the copyright. Duration: Copyright duration varies by work type. For most literary, dramatic, musical, or artistic works, it lasts for the creator's lifetime plus 70 years from the end of the calendar year of their death. Other durations apply for sound recordings (70 years from publication) and broadcasts (50 years).

Restricted Acts: Without the copyright owner's permission (usually granted via a licence), it is unlawful to:

Copy the work.
Distribute, rent, or lend copies to the public.
Perform, broadcast, or show the work in public.
Adapt the work.

Except where prohibited by law, by using this Site you indemnify and hold harmless Forever Video Ltd and our directors, officers, agents, employees, subsidiaries, and affiliates from any actions, claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses including legal fees arising out of your use of our Site or your violation of these Terms and Conditions.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Country of England.

Severability

If at any time any of the provisions set forth in these Terms and Conditions are found to be inconsistent or invalid under applicable laws, those provisions will be deemed void and will be removed from these Terms and Conditions. All other provisions will not be affected by the removal and the rest of these Terms and Conditions will still be considered valid.

These Terms and Conditions may be amended from time to time in order to maintain compliance with the law and to reflect any changes to the way we operate our Site and the way we expect users to behave on our Site. We will notify users by email of changes to these Terms and Conditions or post a notice on our Site.
